The Steam Packet company says it's ironed out problems with an online survey.
The ferry firm launched a customer service feedback poll for Island residents this week.
However, a number of people complained technical problems meant they couldn't fill it in.
The company says those difficulties have now been resolved and more than 900 people have taken part so far.
