Members of the public are being encouraged to 'plan ahead' when ordering repeat prescriptions.
That is the message from Manx Care, pharmacies and general practices across the Island.
Due to staff shortages some pharmacies are experiencing long delays.
Those ordering medication are asked to submit repeat prescriptions in plenty of time to make sure treatment isn't interrupted.
Manx Care said it's aware some Lloyds Pharmacies have reduced opening hours and is trying to support them where possible.
