Staff morale within the Island's health service is starting to improve.
That's according to the Health and Social Care Minister who says the change has stemmed from the new management structure.
Howard Quayle says he believes he's made excellent progress so far:
A new chief executive, executive director, medical director and chief nurse have been appointed with instructions to integrate community and hospital health care with social services.
