Manx Utilities says you won't be able to top up your smart meter for two hours on Sunday.
On Facebook, the organisation says its SmarterLiving app will be offline for essential maintenance and upgrades.
And it adds you won't be able to top up online or in person while the work is underway.
It'll take place this Sunday, October 12, between 9am and 11am.
