A government consultation on the use of single-use plastics closes tomorrow.
The Manx government is asking for public feedback on banning items like cutlery, straws, carrier bags and food containers.
A consultation was launched in July to gauge public opinion on the ban, which could form part of the Climate Change Bill- expected to become law later this year.
Under the proposals, businesses would be allowed a six-month grace period to use up their existing single-use plastic stock before sales become illegal.
You can have your say here until 1 September 2021.
