Should public figures face prosecution for misconduct in public office?
Onchan MHK Julie Edge will ask Tynwald to introduce new laws making misfeasance, malfeasance or misconduct criminal offences.
She'll due to ask members to back a motion which would see the new offence created, similar to one introduced in the UK in 2020.
Tynwald's July sitting is due to get underway on Tuesday, July 15.
