Schoolchildren discuss train experience

Schoolchildren have ventured to school today on the steam railway and tram services - instead of the buses.

It marks the start of three days of industrial action by bus drivers who are unhappy with changes to their terms and conditions.

In the south a temporary platform has been created on the Castletown bypass so that children can get off nearer to Castle Rushen.

These children at Port Erin station told us what they thought about getting the train:
