A new training facility for Samaritans volunteers has officially opened.
The refurbished space will be used mostly for training helpers in order to ensure they are able to assist callers without feeling overwhelmed themselves.
Samaritans Isle of Man is a non-profit organisation based in Douglas which offers help and support around the clock.
