Manx Care says it's facing a £130,000 bill with the reintroduction of the Classic TT festival next year.
So says Health and Social Care Minister Claire Christian after facing a question for written reply from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper.
In her response, she says Manx Care needs extra cover for services such as ambulances, A&E and radiology as well as the medevac helicopter.
She says there's no specific funding for Manx Care for motorsport events, with costs included in existing budgets.
A similar question from Mr Hooper revealed the DOI faces a £20,000 bill for the Classic.
