The Island's breast surgeon says it's important woman attend breast screening when invited.
October marks Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the UK charity Breakthrough Breast Cancer says only 9 per cent of women feel very confident of noticing a definitive change in their breasts.
Millie Bello says most women don’t show symptoms of breast cancer outside of screening which is done at Noble's Hospital.
