Work's due to get underway later this month as the government improves the area around the Manx Electric Railway station in Laxey.
In the latest phase of regeneration work in the village, the Department of Infrastructure is upgrading parking.
It'll also be carrying out work around nearby Christ Church.
Workers are due to start on Wednesday, February 14.
