Nurses on Island will be balloted on whether they’d be willing to strike.
It comes after members of the Royal College of Nursing rejected Manx Care’s latest pay offer.
The offer of a £300 lump sum and a 2% pay increase, which was in addition to the 4% pay award applied in October, was turned down by 85% of those who voted.
As a result, the new ballot will take place from June 1 to June 21.
