Commissioners issue plea to dog owners over fouling

Garff commissioners say they're getting growing numbers of dog fouling reports as spring approaches.

On social media, the local authority says as more people are out using beaches, glens and footpaths it's getting more reports of problems.

It's reminding dog owners to clean up after their pets.

On Facebook, the board says the actions of a few impact everyone and is urging people to act responsibly and use bins provided.
