A 17th century book featuring the Island could fetch hundreds of pounds when it goes under the hammer this weekend.
Daniel King's book about the county of Chester, published in 1656, includes a detailed description of the Isle of Man as well as a map.
A copy of the rare book is up for sale at an auction at Murray's auction house in Douglas on Saturday from 10am.
It's thought it could fetch as much as £500.
