A business in Ramsey says it wants to create a new motorbike showroom in the town.
Mark Messham of the John Ingham Car Showroom, on Derby Road, has applied for planning permission to build the facility.
The work would involve removing a boundary wall and putting up a new building.
In the application, he says there'd be changes to parking on the site.
