Ramsey Courthouse will be under the spotlight once again in the House of Keys today.
Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Baker will quiz the Home Affairs Minister about the proposed sale of the site.
He'll ask Bill Malarkey how he plans to reflect the "social value" of the property in the northern town when reviewing offers for the site.
Mr Baker also wants to know what negotiations have been planned with Ramsey Town Commissioners.
There are nine questions for oral answer during this morning's sitting - five of those have been tabled by Douglas North MHK David Ashford.
Among the issues he will raise are air tightness testing at Island schools, regeneration plans for Douglas town centre and how Treasury plans to repay a £185 million MUA bond.
The House of Keys sits at 10am.
