Ramsey Cottage Hospital's Minior Injuries and Illnesses Unit will be closed today due to short-notice sickness.
Manx Care said this morning that the MIU will reopen tomorrow between 8am and 8pm, with last admissions at 7.30pm.
The body also asked for people to attend the emergency department at Noble's Hospital, or attend a pharmacy in light of the closure.
