The Department of Infrastructure says it wants to give one of the Island's best-known buildings a facelift.
It's applied for planning permission to replace panelling and windows at the Sea Terminal.
In its application, it says it wants to replace windows and wall panels at the crow's Nest on the third floor.
If approved, blue-grey wall panels at either end of the building would also get new cladding.
