Why is the Island drug and alcohol service operated by a rolling tender process?
That's what Douglas North MHK David Ashford will ask Health and Social Care Minister Kate Beecroft in the House of Keys tomorrow.
Mr Ashford will ask her why the drug and alcohol advisory service contract is operated under a one year rolling contract.
The sitting will take place at 10am tomorrow.
