Garff MHK Daphne Caine wants to know how many people have been stopped by police for smoking in their car with children inside.
The law against smoking with kids in the car was passed last March.
In Tynwald, Mrs Caine will quiz Home Affairs Minister Bill Malarkey about the number of those who've flouted the law.
She says she wants to know how many people have been caught:
