Plans for 35 social houses in Ballasalla should have been presented for public consultation earlier.
That’s according to Malew and Santon MHK Graham Cregeen – who believes locals should have been given more time to review the proposals.
The masterplan for the 31-acre site reflects policies outlined in the Southern Area Plan – it’s on public display at Malew Parish Commissioners village hall.
Mr Cregeen says it needs to change in the future:
Waves blast out Sea Terminal glass barriers
Southern local authority announces below-inflation rates rise
Laxey Promenade shut as waves wash onto road
Ramsey roads shut because of coastal overtopping
MHK writes to Post Office about bill-paying restrictions
£7.7m cost by Manx Care staff sickness
30.5% hike to rates in Andreas
Only some war pensions discounted from care charges
