Postal services to be expanded in village

The Isle of Man Post Office says it's expanding postal services in Onchan with two new locations.

Costcutter at Birch Hill Stores will start offering services from Tuesday, August 4, with Ballachrink Stores following on Tuesday, September 1.

Both locations will initially operate from 9am to 5pm, with plans to extend to the full opening hours of the stores, seven days a week.

The organisation says the recent procurement exercise also included Foxdale and Jurby, but no expressions of interest were received there.
