Portable generator stolen

A portable generator has been stolen from a secure box trailer in Colden Plantation near Injebreck, Braddan.

The theft happened sometime between 1.00pm on Thursday and 10.00am Friday of last week.

The persons responsible entered an area of the plantation currently closed to the public while DEFA staff deal with an outbreak of a disease affecting trees.

The box trailer was forced open and a small red coloured portable petrol generator has been stolen.

Anyone with information should contact Onchan Police Station.
