Police are warning people to stop for lollipop men and women - after reports drivers in the north are failing to do so.
The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team says it's seen a rise in the number of such incidents recently.
It points out those manning crossings are making sure children and other pedestrians can cross roads safely.
And officers are warning failing to stop for crossing patrols is a criminal offence which could land you in court.
