Police are reminding people it's illegal to be on closed roads - after someone was arrested yesterday.
They're said to have been on the course in their vehicle before the roads open car had passed them.
Roads remain closed until after the official vehicle has passed.
Those breaking the law can expect to appear in court and face heavy penalties.
