The Northern Neighbourhood Policing Team say they have identified a suspect in relation to dog mess being smeared on a Ramsey café window yesterday morning.
The Court Café owners made the grim discovery when opening up.
The NPT say they believe the suspect has left the Island.
Despite this they say their enquiries are ongoing.
