Plea for people to leave seal pups alone

If you see a lone baby seal around the Island's shores don't panic or disturb it.

That's the plea from the ManxSPCA and the Manx Wildlife Trust.

Both organisations have clubbed together to warn people about this time of year - when the grey seals mate and give birth to their pups.

Marine officer Lara Howe says any interference could affect the mother-pup bond:
