Over 30 apartments could be subject to changes in Port Erin, if approval is granted.
The proposal regards the 33 remaining tourist apartments at the Cherry Orchard site in Bridson Street.
The plan put forward is to change their use to residential apartments.
It has been submitted by COA Properties Ltd.
