Plans have been submitted to turn a property in Sulby into a pet grooming and sitting business.
Alison Kermode has applied to transform outbuildings at Shell Cottage on the Sulby Straight into a pet grooming and sitting parlour.
In her application, she says only one dog would be groomed at any time, and the petsitting business would cater for smaller animals such as rabbits and hamsters.
If the plans are approved, the business would also offer a pet chaperoning service for weddings.
