The new owner of a TT landmark has applied for permission to improve and refurbish the property.
Anne Corbett of Douglas has applied to refurbish Kate's Cottage on the Mountain Road, replacing windows and doors and converting storage rooms into living accommodation.
The cottage, known as Kate's after a TT commentator mispronounced Tait's, dates back to around 1860.
Because it's a registered building, Mrs Corbett has also applied for registered building consent.
