Pensioner accused of due care offence on roundabout

A pensioner from Union Mills will stand trial after denying driving without due care and attention.

68-year-old Pamela Janet Davy, of Strang Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse last week.

She entered a not guilty plea to the offence which allegedly took place at Quarterbridge on October 20th.

A pre-trial review will take place on April 13th - she's been bailed until that date.
