A Peel MHK says she hopes the planning committee will turn down proposals for a new housing estate today.
A total of 92 new homes would be built next to the Castle View Nursing Home on Glenfaba Rise under the plans.
Kate Lord-Brennan says she objected to the plans, saying more development threatens to overwhelm Peel’s infrastructure.
The planning committee is due to make a decision today.
