A 26-year-old man from Peel has been charged with affray and entering closed roads.
He's due to appear at Douglas Courthouse this afternoon.
It's in relation to an incident at Laurel Bank yesterday.
The man is alleged to have waved an axe and been threatening and abusive towards TT marshalls and police officers.
