Health and Social Care Minister Kate Beecroft says patients have been giving a taxi firm transferring patients from airports to hospitals mixed reviews.
In Tynwald this week she faced questions from Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Baker about the feedback received over the patient transfer service.
Mrs Beecroft said her department was monitoring various sources for feedback about ComCab Liverpool.
But she blamed Bridgewater Cars, the previous provider, for some problems after it immediately stopped its service once it discovered it had lost the contract:
