Onchan residents are being given the chance to discuss controversial plans for a new mobile phone mast.
Manx Telecom has invited people who live in Birch Hill and Governor's Hill to a drop-in session today - it follows an application to build a mobile base station on land at Cronk ny Mona.
Onchan MHK David Quirk found out about the meeting on Friday - he says that's not enough notice when there are serious issues to consider:
The meeting will take place at Beech House between 2pm and 7pm.
He says he believes the company should have been more open about its plans before lodging the application:
