A nursing assistant from Chester has been remanded in custody as she awaits trial over allegations she brought £33,000 of cocaine to the Island.
24 year old Dani Leigh Sharp of Bryon Close appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
She denies producing drugs to the Island and possessing cocaine with intent to supply it.
The court heard she was arrested with another woman as they drove off the ferry at the Sea Terminal on October 17.
Hidden in a secret compartment inside their Fiat 500 was 336 grammes of cocaine.
Mrs Hughes remanded Sharp in custody and she'll appear in court again on November 19.
