A Douglas childcare Centre has failed in every area looked into, following a planned government inspection last month.
Puddleducks Nursery cares for 62 children aged 2 and above, and was found to be unsafe and uncaring.
It comes following the Department of Health and Social Care’s Registration and Inspection Team visiting the facility for a two-day announced inspection in August.
Further, the premises and equipment were found to need cleaning, and some documents were inaccurate, illegible or out of date.
As a result, the findings from the inspection were escalated to the Head of the Registration and Inspection team.
3FM has contacted Puddleducks Nursery for comment.
