Police are asking motorists to take extra care today as children return to school.
On Facebook, officers say parents should park legally and considerately, keep pavements, school entrances and crossings clear and stay off their mobile phones at the wheel.
They're also asking drivers to stick to the 20mph school speed limits and extra time for your journey at busy times.
Police say they'll be conducting high-visibility patrols around schools, and enforcing speeding and parking rules this week.
