A nursing union says it'll reveal if its members will back a new Manx Care pay deal in the coming days.
The Royal College of Nursing asked staff to vote on a proposed three-year inflation-linked deal.
If approved, it'll mean a pay rise of 4.65 per cent this year.
The RCN says voting is now closed and it will share the result soon.
