A new Island wholesaler says it will supply 100 per cent Manx-produced meat to restaurants, hotels, schools, and caterers.
Manx Butcher Limited is registered at Cronkould Farm on Main Road in Ballaugh.
Co-founder David Wormald says he's teamed up with W.E. Teare Butchers to set up the company.
And he says the company offers full traceability on its produce, with meat from animals born, raised, and slaughtered on the Isle of Man.
