The Mountain Road is due to reopen later, without the TT one-way system.
Damage to the road surface at the Gooseneck means the Department of Infrastructure will be carrying out repairs there today.
Workers will also be removing signs and other equipment marking the route as one-way during the race festival.
It's due to reopen in both directions at around 4.30pm.
