You may be in for a long wait after the Department of Health and Social Care revealed 551 Island residents are currently waiting for the service.
Douglas North MHK David Ashford asked Health and Social Care Minister Kate Beecroft how long the Island's orthodontist waiting list is.
In response, Mrs Beecroft said there are 649 patients currently waiting - of those, 98 have a slot booked but 551 are waiting for an appointment.
