The Enterprise Minister says his department will continue to work closely with employers to highlight the benefits of working on Island for graduates.
Laurence Skelly MHK made the comments in response to a question from Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse in Tynwald this week.
Mr Moorhouse had asked who the five biggest employers of graduates on Island were, and while Mr Skelly said his department doesn't hold those figures, he added there is a 'keen interest' from organisations to attract graduates to their businesses.
The first ever Graduate Fair aimed at Manx students is taking place next month on Wednesday, April 17.
