An Onchan MHK is looking for answers after news that the Department of Infrastructure's £21 million scheme has been ditched.

It follows the submission of a lengthy report condemning the proposals by an independent planning inspector:

David Quirk believes around £100,000 has been spent on the failed project so far.

A new strategy will now focus on highway refurbishment works between the Sea Terminal and Villa Marina instead - Mr Quirk says he's suspicious:
