The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning as coastal overtopping is expected later tonight.
High tides are expected at 1am and strong winds are likely to result in large waves and debris being washed onshore.
Castletown promenade, Douglas Promenade, Laxey and Ramsey could be affected.
The warning will be in place from 11pm tonight until 3am tomorrow morning.
