Mental health services awarded top accreditation

Mental health services for older people on the Island have been hailed as "excellent".

The Memory Service has received a Royal College of Psychiatrists' Memory Services National Accreditation.

It follows a demonstration of its availability of care and a review of the user experience - which is said to be of a 'very high standard'.

The service provides assessment, investigation, diagnosis and treatment to people who suffer from dementia and memory loss.
