Manx2 Flights And Sailings Cancelled Ahead Of Forecast Storm Winds

There's been a substantial amount of rainfall overnight.

Areas of the Island have a lot of standing water,

Motorists are being advised to drive with extra caution.

Storm winds are forecast for this afternoon.

A severe weather warning has been issued in order to allow those working on development sites or with property which may be vulnerable to storm force winds, to prepare before the weather develops.

Manx2.com have cancelled all of their flights after 15:00 this afternoon.

They have also put on an extra Gloucester flight tomorrow morning to deal with any backlog.

All sailings for today have been cancelled.
