Manx Telecom says it's finalised a deal to be bought out.
The company has been acquired by the Jersey Telecom Group and investment firm CVC DIF.
In a press release, MT says the buyout was formally completed on Friday, May 15.
Manx Telecom's chief executive Gary Lamb the deal will strengthen the firm's ability to innovate, invest and continue delivering a high-quality service.
