Police will be in the UK in July and August as they try to persuade officers serving there to move to the Island.
As part of a recruitment drive, officers will hold three information sessions for UK counterparts who are considering joining the Manx constabulary.
They'll take place in London, Birmingham and Manchester over the summer.
Anybody on the Island who would like to find out more about becoming a police officer can drop in to police headquarters on Glencrutchery Road in Douglas to find out more.
