The problem currently means e-mails are arriving into mailboxes but the mailboxes aren't accessible.
Manx Telecom has confirmed the vendor is aware of the problem and is working to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
MT is also apologising for any inconvenience this may be causing and will give further updates as soon as possible.
